Our refined shea butter bulk is a naturally derived product that has been lightly processed to remove the natural scent and color found in raw shea butter. The result is a clean, white or off-white butter with a smooth texture and no chemical additives, making it ideal for a wide range of skincare and hair care formulations.
The refinement process involves washing the raw butter to eliminate debris, followed by non-chemical filtration and deodorization. This approach maintains the beneficial fatty acids and lipids while producing a neutral base that functions similarly to unrefined shea butter. It is especially useful in products where scent and color need to be controlled or customized.
Harvested from the nuts of the Vitellaria paradoxa tree in Ghana, long known as the “Tree of Life”, shea butter is widely appreciated for its versatile applications in skin and hair care, and often called “Mother Nature’s Conditioner” for its ability to nourish, soothe, and protect the skin.

Melt a pea size amount of the butter between your hands and apply to your face or body. You may also mix this into homemade skin and hair care products.
In addition, you can use Shea Butter as a scalp treatment to moisturize the scalp and stimulate hair growth. It can also be used as a hair serum to tame frizzy hair and lock in moisture. For scalp: ensure scalp is damp, then melt a small amount of shea butter in your hands, and massage into the scalp. For a serum, dampen the hair, then melt a small amount of shea butter in your hands and scrunch it into or run it over your hair.
When not in use store Shea Butter sealed in its original packaging, or in a container such as a jar with a lid. Keep in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight. If temperatures are above 75 degrees Fahrenheit, store in the fridge.
